The Society's affairs are organised by three main Committees :-

the Management Trustees Committee is charged with the overall management of the Society.
the Drama Committee is charged with planning and implementing the Society's own productions.
the Business Committee is responsible for the operation of the theatre building as a resource, including the scheduling of visiting productions, special events, and so on.
the Admin & Finance Committee is responsible for ensuring that the Drama Society's arrangements for legal, administrative and financial matters are sound, and comply with statutory and Charity Commission requirements.
