The Society's affairs are organised by three main Committees :-

the Management Trustees Committee is charged with the overall management of the Society.
the Drama Committee is charged with planning and implementing the Society's own productions.
the Business Committee is responsible for the operation of the theatre building as a resource, including the sceduling of visiting productions, special events, and so on.
